Shipping Policy

You can select any of these shipping method most convenient to you:

deliver to address:

  • Your paid orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days for Jabodetabek area and 3-7 working days for outside of Jabodetabek areas. (No deliveries will be made on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays)
  • The shipping cost will be shown after you fill in the delivery address during check out.
  • You will receive an email confirmation if your order has been shipped from our warehouse. However, please be informed that we are not able to provide airway bill information at the moment.
  • Your order(s) might be split into different shipment due to different fulfillment location.
  • Please be informed that delivery process may take longer if you order large items and some large item may not be available to be delivered to few islands in Indonesia. (Please refer to individual products for delivery restrictions)
  • If there is any issue with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Center via phone call or email.

why do I receive my order in partial/incomplete?
Please note that in some cases your order might be fulfilled from different location (from warehouse or different stores). If this case happens, you will receive your order in split deliveries. If you do not receive all items you ordered, please wait for 2 (two) more working days as the rest of your ordered items might be in transit.

pick up in store:

  • This service is subject to stock availability in stores
  • No charges/shipping cost apply for this service (free)
  • Your orders will be ready to be picked up within 2 working days after you completed the payment
  • You will be informed by email if your order is ready to be picked up.
  • If there is any issue with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Center via phone call or email.

how to choose 'pick up in store' as my delivery method?
  • As you check out, you can choose between having your orders delivered to address or you can pick up in our retail store.
  • The store options are subject to the availability of the item(s) you ordered. If any store is not listed in the options, the item(s) you ordered might not be available at that particular store at the moment.
how do I know if the product I want to order is available in store?
You can check the store availability in the product detail page.
what do I need to bring when I pick up my order in store?
When you pick up your order, you will be asked for your web order reference number. Please bring a printout of your invoice as proof of purchase, or show our store staff an email confirmation that your order is ready to be picked up.
can someone else pick up my order for me?

Yes. In case you cannot make to pick up your order yourself, please let us know by sending an email confirmation to support@kanmogroup.com.

Please be noted that the person in charge of picking your order should confirm your web order reference number and bring a printout of your invoice as proof of purchase, or show our store staff an email confirmation that the order is ready to be picked up.

For security purposes, the person in charge will also be given several questions related to you: your name, home address, phone number or email address.
